1. Step forward with your right foot into a right neutral bow facing 12:00 as you execute a left extended outward block to the inside of your attackers right arm near the wrist, while you deliver a right vertical punch to your attackers jaw and make sure your right leg is positioned to check your attackers right leg.
2. Pivot into a right forward bow facing 12:00 as you execute a left vertical punch to your attackers solar plexus while your right arm slides down your attackers right arm as a check.
3. Pivot into a right neutral bow while facing 12:00 while executing a right outward back knuckle strike to your attackers right lower ribs while your left hand reverses its motion and converts into a left upward hooking parry, like a waiter carrying a tray, on top of your attackers right arm.
4. right front crossover and cover out toward 7:30.

1. Raise your right hand high toward 1:30 to relieve pressure while moving your right foot toward 1:30 and having your left hand check your attackers right hand and arm.
2. Pivot in place counterclockwise into a horse stance facing 8:30 and deliver a left back elbow strike to your attackers left kidney.
3. Immediately pivot clockwise into a right neutral bow stance and deliver a right back elbow strike to the front of your attackers left ribcage as your left hand now grabs and controls your attackers wrist.
4. Right front crossover and cover out toward 8:30.

1. Step your left foot towards 9:00 into a horse stance and with your left hand grab your attackers hands.
2. Execute a right back hammer fist to attackers groin.
3. Slide your right foot towards 9:00 into a transitional 45-degree cat stance.
4. Using the built up torque twist your body towards 3:00 while lifting your right knee then stomping on the instep of your attackers right foot. While performing a right obscure elbow to attackers face. (Left hand checks low when right hand is high, and high when right hand is low)

1. Step towards 3:00 with your right foot and perform a right inward block to attackers right arm.
2. Slide your left foot towards 3:00 into a transitional cat stance and perform a left outward extended block to attackers right arm.
3. Perform a left front ball kick to attackers groin, plant your foot back slightly in front of point of origin.
4. Perform a right side kick to attackers left knee, plant your foot close to attacker as a check.
5. Perform a right snapping back knuckle to attackers face.

1. Step back towards 6:00 with your left foot into a right neutral bow facing 12:00. While you pin your attackers left hand to your head with your left hand and thrust a right vertical middle-knuckle fist to your attackers left armpit, causing them to bend forward.
2. As your attacker begins to bend over and toward you, pivot into a right forward bow, facing 12:00, as you deliver a right extended outward block to the inside of your attackers left forearm, with a left thrusting heel palm strike to your attackers jaw, causing your attackers head to snap backwards.
3. Immediately pivot back into a right neutral bow, facing 12:00, while you deliver a right inward back knuckle strike diagonally across the bridge of your attackers nose.
4. Right front crossover, and cover out toward 7:30.

1. Extend both your arms straight up in the air. Step with your right foot toward 3:00 into a horse stance facing 12:00, while you settle into your stance strike straight down onto your attackers forearms with your elbows.
2. Draw your left foot in toward your right foot into a close cat stance, while you cock your arms to the right side of your waist, right palm up and left palm down.
3. Have your left foot circle clockwise behind your attackers right leg toward 7:30 into a left reverse bow.
4. Pivot into a left neutral bow toward 7:30 while striking with a left outward elbow to your attackers face.
5. Continue your pivot counterclockwise into a left forward bow as you execute a right inward downward hammer fist to your attackers bladder while your left arm continues through your attackers head to pin your attackers right arm between your left arm and left hip.
6. Pivot back into a left neutral bow and execute a left front crossover and cover out toward 12:00

1. With your attacker grabbing your right wrist with his right hand, step with your left foot toward 1:30 and counter grab with your right hand and pull down toward your right hip while you deliver a left inward vertical forearm strike to your attackers left elbow. Continue to pull your attackers arm to your right and push with your left forearm toward your left knee.
2. Deliver a left outward elbow strike to the right side of your attackers jaw or temple followed by a left outward heel palm strike and a five-finger rip to your attackers face.
3. Continue your left arms clockwise motion to circle around and execute a left inward overhead downward elbow strike to your attackers upper spine followed by a left downward heel palm strike to your attackers left mastoid while you deliver a right knee strike to your attackers face.
4. Replant your foot to point of origin, left front crossover and cover out toward 4:30.

1. Step back with your left foot toward 9:00 into a horse stance while you look over your right shoulder, pin your attackers left hand with your left hand and deliver a right back hammer fist to your attackers groin.
2. Have your right foot slide to your left foot in to a close cat stance then slide behind your attackers feet towards 4:30 into a reverse bow checking your attackers legs whith your right leg while you execute a right heel palm strike to your attackers groin followed by a testicular squeeze.
3. Pivot into a right fighting horse facing 4:30 as you contour up your attackers body with your right arm and execute a right obscure elbow strike to his chin.
4. Continue to pivot into a right neutral bow and you thrust a left heel palm strike to the left floater ribs of your attacker as you continue your right arm up and over as a clearing check until you fist is cocked back at your right hip.
5. Right front crossover and cover out toward 10:30.
